Valuation Specialist & Managing Broker

Lisa Wasson works closely with business owners to help them understand the value of their companies and prepare for important ownership and transaction decisions. As Cornerstone Business Brokers’ Valuation Specialist and Managing Broker, and a duly licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, she combines financial analysis, valuation experience, and a practical understanding of the factors that influence business value, marketability, and transferability.

Lisa brings more than 30 years of award-winning real estate sales and brokerage experience spanning both residential and commercial markets. Throughout her career, valuation and transactions have been central to her work, including preparing broker opinions of value, analyzing properties and market conditions, negotiating transactions, and helping clients navigate significant financial decisions. That experience provides a strong foundation for her work in business valuation and brokerage, where sound analysis must be balanced with an understanding of markets, buyers, and transaction dynamics.

At Cornerstone Business Brokers, Lisa supports clients through business valuations, ownership transitions, acquisitions, and the sale of privately held businesses. She has a particular ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the story of a business—how it was built, what drives its value, and how that value can be effectively communicated to prospective buyers and other stakeholders.

Lisa has also served in leadership roles within her local Chamber of Commerce, is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and is a member of the American Legion.
